What countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?

We ship worldwide. Shipping in FREE. Please refer to our Shipping Information for details.

* Please note: on rare occasions, as part of our security verification process, we may request some additional information via email in order to verify your payment. Please reply with requested information as soon as possible to allow speedy processing of your order.

* Please note: free shipping does not apply to returns and exchanges.

How do I choose correct size?

Our sizes range from XS-L. Please refer to Sizing Information for details, conversions to different sizing systems, and measurements. Unless stated in the product description, all our products are cut according to this guide. Please Contact our customer service team if you have any further questions and they will be happy to provide prompt assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay (AU & NZ customers only). Please refer to Payment Information for details.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email, when will it arrive?

Order confirmation email containing details of your order is sent as soon as you place your order. If you haven’t received this email, please check your Junk folder. If confirmation email is in your junk folder, please mark it as Not Junk and add our email address to the safe senders list. If you can’t find confirmation email in your junk folder, it probably means that your email address is incorrect. Please Contact Us and we will correct your email address and re-send your confirmation email.

Can I return the product if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, you can. Please refer to our Exchanges & Returns information for conditions. Once the product is returned and assessed to meet our return conditions, we will provide you with store credit that you can use within 12 months to purchase a different size or any other product in our store.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination, product quantity/type ordered and the time of year. Currently, the orders are processed and dispatched within 5-10 business days and delivery takes further 5-10 business days. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details.

When will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Once our order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive this email.
