Exchanges & Returns
At Copper & Peach, we strive to provide great shopping experience for our customers. We carefully select only best quality products to ensure that our customers are totally satisfied with every purchase and continue ordering from us.
Please choose carefully. Sizing information is provided for every product we sell. Contact us if you have any questions – we normally reply within 12 hours.
In an unlikely event you have any issues with the products you received please complete Return/Exchange Request within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will revert to you with eligibility and further instructions.
You can return product(s) purchased from Copper & Peach to receive store credit for the value of the purchase (excluding shipping costs) as long as the returned product(s) meet Return Conditions below. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if incorrect size is purchased as the store credit is provided to allow for the exchange. Store credit is provided in the form of a coupon and can be used within 12 months to purchase a different size or any other product in our store.
Return Conditions
- Product is unworn, unwashed, not stained, undamaged, not perfumed and contains all original tags and packaging.
- Item is sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt and received by us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Intimate apparel including bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie and hosiery are not eligible for return.
- Products listed in the Clearance Sale section are final sale and are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet above conditions, in which case the item will be returned back to sender (with shipping fee applied) and no credit note will be issued.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Any such fees are not covered by Copper & Peach and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cancellations
Once you place an order on Copper & Peach, the order fulfilment process starts automatically, so it is impossible for us to cancel your order for a refund once it has been placed, so please choose carefully. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. We always aim to deliver your orders to you promptly, so we will not be able to cancel your order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and you will be issued with a store credit note only.
Faulty Items
In an unlikely event of receiving a faulty/damaged item, please complete Return/Exchange Request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive the item back and complete an inspection, we will contact you to organise a replacement, credit note or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
